Discover the Passion & Pineapple Infusion of Labourdonnais, an exceptional pure cane juice rum . Thanks to the wide variety of fruits and spices grown on our estate, we have created a delicious and unique drink. The seasonal fruits are carefully picked, cut by hand, and then infused into our white rum on site. To sweeten the mixture, we add our homemade cane syrup, which gives an alcohol content of 35%.

Infusion Passion & Pineapple offers fresh and fruity aromas of slightly oxidized apple. A sweetness reminiscent of honey and melted sugar emerges from this delicious mixture. In the mouth, the rum is very round, slightly spicy and honeyed. The aging of this rum gives it a woody and vegetal note that distinguishes it. The finish is very long, with accents of apple and orange that persist pleasantly.

Formerly Rhumerie de Mascareignes, Le domaine de Labourdonnais was founded in 1771 and houses a castle, now converted into a museum. Located in Mapou this distillery uses fresh cane juice for the creation of these rums.
