The Blanc Paris edition is the result of the passion for rums Savanna shared by Atsushi Nakayama, the founder of Tokyo's famous Bar Lamp, and Shinichi Sato, the Michelin-starred chef at Restaurant Blanc in Paris. During their visit to the distillery in January 2023, they carefully selected the No. 215 barrel, containing the legendary HERR de Savanna rum. This rare batch, distilled in 2009, presents exquisite fruity aromas , the result of maturation for nearly six years in stainless steel vats before being transferred on January 2, 2015 to a French oak barrel that had previously contained cognac, to continue its aging.
