Made from molasses and aged for 7 years in Limousin oak barrels, Savanna - 7 years Traditional benefits from the unique tropical conditions of Reunion Island, where humidity and heat accelerate its maturation. This careful blend reveals the richness of Savanna-aged rums, characterized by their aromatic depth and assertive personality.

A complex and seductive bouquet

On the nose, this rum opens with intense notes of molasses, coffee, vanilla and dark caramel, with a touch of burnt wood. A hint of green banana and olive brings dynamism, while aromas of dried and candied fruits (mango, papaya, grapes) add a balanced sweetness. The aromatic evolution reveals roasted spices, honey and nuts, offering a rare depth and complexity.

A balanced palate and a marked finish

On the palate, the entry is sweet, on vanilla and caramel, quickly enhanced by smoky and woody touches, with a slight vegetal bitterness. The moderate texture gives way to a subtly metallic and woody finish, typical of traditional Savanna rums.
