With The Wild Island Edition, Savanna pays tribute to this wild nature, the original and often grandiose subtropical landscapes that make up Reunion Island, as well as the photographers who have captured all the magic.

Among these remarkable places, the black sand beach of the Salt Pond, more precisely the mouth Ravine Mula, captured by Ho Phong Son, on mars 1, 2018 at position 21°15'23.70''S55°19'37.20''E, was chosen to illustrate Single Cask n°987 of the collection.

This old traditional rum comes from the sugar campaign of 2003. Aged on December 15, 2003 in an old Cognac barrel and then a few months in an Armagnac barrel, this cuvée of 936 bottles was selected for its finesse and delicacy;
