An exceptional rum with preserved origins

Mana'o is produced from Otahiti canes grown on the Toahotu plateau in Tahiti and on the island of Taha'a. Fermented as close as possible to the plantations, its must is then distilled in a discontinuous still in Tahiti. Reduced slowly after distillation, this rum preserves all the intensity of its aromas.

A unique aromatic profile

Its crystalline colour precedes an expressive nose, where fresh cane is accompanied by fruity, floral and spicy notes, with a slightly organic touch. On the palate, the well-integrated alcohol reveals citrus and peppery aromas, evolving into a lingering finish where spices and citrus intensify.

Our tasting notes for White Rum 50° 2018

Nose : Nez assez chaud, où domine des arômes de canne fraiche, de fleurs blanches, de fruits blancs (poire, lychee…).

Palate : En bouche l’attaque est souple et légèrement grasse, la canne est bien présente, les saveurs de fruits blancs et de zeste d’agrume s’expriment également sur un fond qui rappelle les eaux de vies de fruits ou certains sakés coréens.

Finish : Très belle finale marquée par une grande persistance aromatique.
