This rum was distilled in one of the tray columns and then matured in wood (ex bourbon cask) at the distillery and then finished its aging for 4 years in Europe. This splendid Trinidad vintage 2000 combines noble woody aromas and fruit, we find this framework of red fruits, verbena as well as greediness and length thanks to the well mastered woodiness. This excellent rum is bottled at its natural strength, by Tamosi, in the Netherlands and will yield 247 bottles, not one more!
