Founded in 1995 by artist James Michalopoulos and musician friends, the Old New Orleans distillery embodies the city's creative and festive esprit . Located near the French Quarter, it relies on artisanal know-how and local raw materials to produce rums with a unique character.

A greedy and powerful aromatic profile

On the nose, this white rum reveals rich aromas of molasses and vanilla, accompanied by subtle notes of caramel. On the palate, its full-bodied structure is softened by a slightly sweet touch, giving it a nice roundness.
