Finished in Jamaican rum barrels
The Barrels Campari Bitter Cask Tales Rum is carefully matured in barrels that have been used to mature Appleton Estate rum. These American oak barrels, selected for their low tannin content, enrich the structure of the bitters with subtle nuances of sweet wood and vanilla. The imprint of the rum brings an exotic touch that harmonizes perfectly with the notes of orange and aromatic herbs characteristic of Campari.
A unique flavour profile
Visually, this bitter retains its distinctive red, embellished with orange reflections. On the nose, the herbaceous aromas typical of Campari mingle with a slight touch of vanilla and woody nuances. On the palate, the balance between bitterness and sweetness translates into notes of herbs and bitter roots, with a lingering finish where memories of delicate herbs and spices dominate.
