An authentic Australian rum: Classic Magnum Photos Edition Series 2 - Beenleigh 8 years

Located on the banks of the Albert River in Queensland, the distillery Beenleigh been producing rums since 1884. This historic distillery is distinguished by the use of Australia's last private mill, Rocky Point Sugar Mill, to grind the sugar cane used to make its molasses rum. After a continuous column distillation and then in a pot still in a still called "The Old Copper", Beenleigh perpetuates a tradition close to that of the old Demerara stills.
