This 2013 Single Cask High Esters , bottled on April 29, 2025, offers an unfiltered experience, at its raw strength. The 12-year ageing in very old PX barrels gives it a deep aromatic intensity, a reflection of the artisanal distillery and the gravity process used.

Michel Couvreur

Michel Couvreur is an independent bottler of Scotch whisky whose ageing cellars are located in Bouze-lès-Beaune, Burgundy. This maestro of blending and maturing considers that "90% of the quality of a whisky comes from the barrel, and only 10% from the distillation process"
