Cap a pie: such as "The Unique" but with a higher proportion of malt. Fine, delicate but more influenced by aging in sherry barrels. Light amber hue. Always nerve and roundness.

Michel Couvreur is an independent bottler of Scotch whisky whose ageing cellars are located in Bouze-lès-Beaune, Burgundy. This maestro of blending and maturing considers that "90% of the quality of a whisky comes from the barrel, and only 10% from the distillation process"
