" Coloma Single Cask Flor 2007, is a rum from Colombia éla boré by Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, two Colombian maestras ro neras with more than 50 years of experience between them.

This single Cask of 2007 was born from a selection of the best barrels, Bourbon barrels and finished for 2 months in ex-barrels of coffee liqueur, embodying the singular and unique style of Coloma. This year marks the 40th anniversary for the Dugas company and Hacienda Coloma. This vintage celebrates both these four decades and this long partnership between our two houses. The history of Coloma rum is intimately linked to that of the Constain family. Although he was recently born thanks to Alberto Constain Cenzano, it all started with his father, Alberto Constain Medina, in 1959. That year, the young entrepreneur became the proud owner of a family country house built in the late nineteenth century in Fusagasugá, in the heart of Colombia.
