Its nose opens with notes of eucalyptus supported by sweet spices. Very quickly scents of milk chocolate and lightly toasted wood appear. Finally, aromas of dates, maple syrup and brown sugar announce the delicacy that awaits us in the mouth. On the palate, the attack is marked by roasted notes that summon sweet spices. Flavors of grilled coffee and noble wood evolve on gourmet dates for a long and pleasant finish.

Coloma

The history of Coloma rum is intimately linked to that of the Constain family. Although he was recently born thanks to Alberto Constain Cenzano, it all started with his father, Alberto Constain Medina, in 1959. That year, the young entrepreneur became the proud owner of a family country house built in the late nineteenth century in Fusagasugá, in the heart of Colombia.
