Renegade Rum - Cuvée Lake Antoine is the result of a remarkable innovation in rum design. Renegade Distillery launches its Single Farm Origin series, embodying Mark Reynier's vision of the influence of terroir on rum. Each batch comes from a unique farm, growing diversified sugar cane on the volcanic terrains of the island of Grenada, thus offering a pure and singular expression of the terroir.
Cuvée Lake Antoine is a meticulous blend of rums distilled both in pot still and in columns, extracted from sugar cane harvested in the north of Granada. The selected varieties grow on steep slopes, facing the sea, capturing the very essence of their exceptional natural environment. Aged on the island, this rum matures in French and American oak barrels, selected to enrich the aromatic profile without masking the unique character of the terroir.
From the first tasting, Renegade Rum - Cuvée Lake Antoine stands out for its spicy nose, enriched with notes of caramel and vanilla. The tasting continues with notes of dried fruit and slightly wood, before revealing delicate aromas of hazelnuts. The finish is smooth and warm, inviting an extended exploration of the subtle, deep flavors of this exceptional rum.
