For this rum, the variety of cane called Purple Tallboy comes from the Lower Crater Lake South terroir and more precisely from the field called Ball Pasture. It expresses notes of spices such as nutmeg, but also exotic fruits such as pineapple, leaving in its wake a note of heady flowers.
