Renegade Rum Nursery Pot Still
The genesis of our pioneering project to propagate entirely clean and healthy heirloom sugarcane varieties began in our agricultural nursery, nestled in the Calome Valley.
With its almost terraced valley, it is composed of clay soils and a profusion of volcanic rocks.
For this rum, we harvested the sucrose-rich variety we call Yellow Lady on the land known as Upper la Calome.
Renegade Rum Distillery
Indeed, after five years of work, Renegade Rum Distillery finally produced in this state-of-the-art place.
