This rum is made from distillates from two distilleries in Guadeloupe and the Bielle distillery in Marie-Galante, before being patiently refined in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and new French oak barrels. This three-year maturation gives this spirit a beautiful complexity, combining the imprint of volcanic and limestone terroirs.
