Presentation of this Canne de Lune 2024 rum

From the 2024 harvest, Marie Louise - Canne de Lune 2024 is the result of work carried out according to the lunar rhythms and the biological balance of the soil. This approach oriented towards the harmony of the terroir contributes to a particularly clear expression of the cane. The spirit, produced in a limited series of 1,881 bottles, is presented in 50 cl format for a degree of 56%, highlighting its intensity and aromatic purity. The whole reflects a desire to explore careful cultivation methods, while preserving the signature of the Domaine de Bel-Air's agricultural rum .

Tasting notes

Nose: white flowers, vanilla, honey, mandarin zest, maracuja.
Palate: honey tea, apricot, vanilla cream, liquorice.
Finish: medium+, marked by vanilla and a zest of citrus.
