Made from blue cane grown organically on the Grands Poiriers plot, this white rum from the 2023 Harvest highlights the singular identity of Nord Grande-Terre. Distilled with care, it is distinguished by a clear and crystalline colour, combined with an oily texture announcing a beautiful intensity. This 1.5 L magnum edition reinforces its confidential character and is aimed at wine lovers looking for a spirit from an artisanal distillery attached to its terroir.

Tasting notes

The nose presents floral and fruity notes accompanied by an iodine freshness. The palate is smooth, rich and with a marked length, offering a complete and refined expression of the rums of Nord Grande-Terre.
