A centuries-old tradition

Since 1942, the Damoiseau family has been perpetuating the art of distillation in Le Moule, Grande-Terre. This Guadeloupean distillery has built a reputation for excellence by respecting the ancestral methods of producing agricultural rum, using exclusively pure fresh cane juice.

Traditional distillation

This authentic white rum is the result of a natural fermentation process of vesou, followed by precise distillation in the distillery's column stills. With an alcohol content of 50°, it retains all the aromatic power of fresh sugar cane , ideal for the elaboration of ti-punch, exotic cocktails and arranged rums.
