The culmination of a strong artisanal approach

In the continuity of the first vintage, this cask strength version reflects a desire to offer an uncompromising rum. Made from blue cane in organic agricultural production, distilled in a Creole column, it is aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, then matured in new French oak demi-muids. Bottled without reduction, it retains the integrity of its aromatic structure and natural concentration. Printed in only 210 bottles of 50 cl, presented with a case, this limited edition is aimed at lovers of powerful spirits and collectors attentive to confidential series.

Aromatic power and remarkable length

The nose opens with hibiscus, country apricot in jam, vanilla bean and candied orange zest, supported by black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. The palate develops apricot, melting chocolate, chai black tea, caramelized roasted almond and coffee. The retro-olfaction highlights candied orange zest, vanilla and salted toasted almond, before a complex, very long and powerful finish.
