Papa Rouyo Brut d'Alambic 120 days

Created by a collective of master canniers, this new distillery in Guadeloupe pays tribute to Charles Alfred Ruscade known as " Papa Rouyo ", himself a master cannier from 1920 to 1980. Made from the red sugar cane variety R579, this version distilled twice in a copper Charentais still aged for 4 months in vats before being bottled.
