Infinito Overview

From the prestigious family reserve, the Botran - Infinito is the result of a meticulous blend of rums aged between 12 and 25 years. It is made from virgin sugarcane honeys fermented at high altitudes, then distilled and aged according to an adapted Solera system, promoting a remarkable aromatic complexity. This process allows for a gradual integration of aromas, giving this rum a rare harmony between power and sweetness.

Tasting notes of this rum Botran

Its mahogany colour with golden and reddish reflections announces a rich palette: the nose reveals aromas of maple, chocolate, cherry and raisin, enhanced by cinnamon and dates. On the palate, the balance is assertive between maple, dark chocolate, woody notes and citrus touches. The finish, long and warm, prolongs the woody and sweet nuances.
