The 43 degrees of alcohol then allow to have a nice tension in the mouth accompanied by primary aromas (crunchy fruit, sugar cane, honey) and secondary (leather, spices, vegetable side). Bringing together the 4 historic villages in the history of Clairin, this aged version is a blend of different vintages, the youngest of which dates from 2017.
