It is produced from sugar cane grown naturally without pesticides, harvested with machetes, fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in small discontinuous stills, a legacy of 18th century French colonization. 43% ABV version, particularly suitable for cocktails.

Nose : Fruité, herbacé, funky.

Palate : Papaye, orange douce, sucre de canne, végétal.

Finish : Fruité, doux, verdoyant, sec, canne.
