This is Batch #2. From his travels around the world and more particularly in the Caribbean, Luca Gargano (Société Velier) has brought back several rums, including this clairin from Haiti. Located in Barraderes, the Douglas Casimir distillery produces a particularly distinctive and racy vesou (cane juice) rum, marked by medicinal and fresh cane notes.

Finish : Sucre de canne.
