Exceptional ageing

This rum was first aged in a tropical climate in bourbon barrels, where it lost more than 57% of the angels' share, thus concentrating its aromas. It then continued to mature in Scotland, enjoying a gentler maturation before its bottling in September 2022.

An ultra-limited edition

Bottled cask strength, without cold filtration or added coloring, this rum is a pure and authentic expression of Monymusk. Produced in only 143 copies, this cuvée is a real treasure for lovers of exceptional Jamaican rums.

A balanced flavour profile

With a contained ester level (110-125 g/hlap), this rum offers a subtle balance between power and finesse. Its prolonged ageing gives it a beautiful complexity, mixing the woody and vanilla notes of bourbon with the fruity and spicy richness specific to Clarendon rums.
