Distilled twice from fresh cane juice in our Copper Still , it is served raw and unreduced. For this 2022 harvest, the plots of Mrs. Joseph Sylvestre and Mr. Paul Octave de Ducos and Saint esprit have been selected for this 2022 harvest.

The canes are cut by hand and pressed only once.
After a long fermentation (5 to 7 days), the vesou is distilled twice several days apart.

Subtle and elegant, the Perle Fine is tasted at 67.5%, its natural strength.
The expressive and rich nose welcomes us with floral, fruity and freshly squeezed cane juice notes before evolving into notes of spices. On the palate, the attack is soft and unctuous. We are swept away by flavors of lime blossom, sugar cane, pear and citrus.

La Perle Fine 2022 is a very round rum that gives us a beautiful length rich in aromas.
An elegant and balanced eau-de-vie that keeps all the promises of an extraordinary cuvée.
