A creative and committed alliance

The result of a collaboration between Joey Starr, the Carnival Sun Juice collective and Marie Tabarly, this cuvée called "Cuvée Marie" is part of an approach that is both artistic and responsible. It illustrates a common desire to promote a spirit that respects the environment, while enhancing the expression of a Caribbean terroir.

An organic white rum signed Saint James

From the 2022 harvest, the Carnival - Blanc Bio 2022 is made from sugar cane grown in organic farming and distilled at the Saint Jamesdistillery, a recognized institution in Martinique. This limited edition benefits from a bottle illustrated by the artist Nicolas Ouchenir, bringing a unique visual touch to an already singular rum.
