A Martinican collaboration between heritage and craftsmanship

This A1710 - Fort Saint Louis white rum is the result of an unprecedented collaboration between the A1710 distillery and Fort Saint-Louis, a symbol of Martinique's heritage. Produced in a very limited series, this spirit has benefited from the expertise of Cellar Master Cédric Paviot, guaranteeing a rigorous selection and an authentic expression of local sugar cane.

Characteristics and production

Resulting from a slow and precise fermentation, this white rum highlights the original aromas of fresh cane. Its careful distillation process allows it to restore a great aromatic complexity, supported by a beautiful intensity in the mouth. This cuvée is distinguished by its fat and enveloping texture, a guarantee of a round and harmonious profile.

Tasting notes

On the nose, the rum reveals a beautiful spicy complexity. Floral notes of lime blossom mingle with the natural sweetness of cane and a touch of citrus. On the palate, roundness dominates, supported by floral accents and delicate spices that bring a sensation of refined freshness.
