The meeting between HSE and Château Marquis de Terme

The HSE house, an essential reference in Martinique agricultural rum, has joined forces with the prestigious Château Marquis de Terme, a Grand Cru Classé of Margaux. From this collaboration is born a unique box, the result of a goldsmith's work on ageing in Bordeaux red wine barrels.

A unique aging experience

Each of the three extra aged rums in this box has been finished for more than twelve months in a specific barrel used to make the Château's great wines. This process gives the spirits a rare aromatic complexity, revealing all the richness of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grape varieties.

Tasting notes

The Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish seduces with its gourmet attack and accents of quince jam, kirsch and sandalwood. The Merlot Cask Finish reveals notes of blackberries, morello cherries and dried fruit frangipane. Finally, the Petit Verdot Cask Finish charms with its floral and spicy palette, mixing violet, incense, Bourbon vanilla and cocoa.
