An out-of-date rum with a harmonious profile

Le Rhum J.M - 2014 Vintage - Hors d'âge has been aged for nine years in old bourbon barrels, offering a perfect balance between aromatic richness and finesse. On the nose, it reveals notes of stewed fruit, prunes, toast and vanilla. On the palate, the texture is delicate, marked by bitter orange jam and woody and toasted nuances. The persistent finish prolongs the pleasure with vanilla and gourmet accents.

Located in the north of the island of Martinique and at the foot of Mount Pelée, the Rhumerie J.M distills and raises old J.M. rums. It was in 1914 that Jean-Marie Martin, who gave his name to JM rums, sold the property to Gustave Crassous de Médeuil.
