Stemming from the Depaz distillery, which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful distilleries in Martinique, nestled at the foot of Mount Pelée and facing the sublime Caribbean Sea, the Depaz distillery was completely destroyed during the eruption of Mount Pelée on May 8, 1902. It was authentically rebuilt by Victor Depaz. The particularity of Depaz rums is the mineral side that owes it to the Pelée mountain and its freshwater springs. More than a treasure for Martinique, a treasure for rum lovers.

Our tasting notes for Cuvée Prestige

Nose : Complexe, avec des épices (cannelle, muscade), des fruits (dattes, pruneaux), boisé et réglisse.

Palate : Dominante de boisé doux, avec les mêmes arômes qu'au nez.

Finish : Très agréable, d'une belle rondeur.
