A white rum shaped by tropical winds

Produced at the foot of Mount Pelée, Depaz - Cuvée Alizés highlights the influence of tropical winds on sugar cane. This 2020 vintage is the result of a selection of three varieties: B59.92 (reed cane), B69 (blue cane) and R579 (from Reunion Island). These canes, harvested between November and May, reveal a remarkable aromatic intensity.

A slow reduction process for pure expression

After distillation, this white rum benefits from a slow reduction of at least four months, a process that preserves the integrity of its aromas. As soon as it is opened, it reveals floral and vegetal scents that are amplified after aeration. On the palate, exotic fruits intertwine with citrus fruits and spices for a balanced and refined tasting.
