Of volcanic origin, the soils are alluvial with a sandy-clay texture. The influence of the Caribbean coastline can be found here through extreme drought as well as exceptional sunshine conditions. The blue cane (B69.566), with its erect habit and natural mulching, reaches the peak of maturity. The Rhum Par Neisson 52.5% is the result of a long maturation process, during which the wines are brewed and aerated regularly. Particular care is also taken through a slow and meticulous work of reducing the degree.

Nose : Ce rhum tout en douceur surprend par la finesse et par la délicatesse de ses notes sucrées légèrement réglissées et anisées.

Palate : Très rond en bouche.

Finish : Suave et d’une intensité exceptionnelle.

Since its creation in 1931, the Neisson distillery has preserved in the purest Martinican tradition the components of a rum with incomparable flavors and taste. Packaged in a bottle with generous shapes, reasonable among all: "Zépol Karé" as the amateurs say, our rums are the result of a know-how constantly renewed from the cane fields to the aging cellars.
