These are the 1991 decanters that have been reworked by a 6-week period in 225-litre barrels with a 105 profile. Of great richness and aromatic complexity, this old rum out of age has seen its fruity and spicy notes gain in intensity. Round on the palate, the cocoa notes evolve during the tasting to reveal the subtle notes of fruitiness and spices such as vanilla and cloves on the finish.

Nose : Plein de sérénité, le premier nez est marqué par des notes finement boisées, des fruits secs, exotiques, épicés et capiteux.
