Matured for 12 to 18 months in accordance with the rules of the AOC Martinique, this rum was then finished for 6 months in Single Malt Whisky barrels from the French distillery Rozelieures, before being bottled. The typicity of the warm notes of honey, toast and caramel of the amber agricultural rum is found here, combined with the roundness and subtle peaty flavours characteristic of the great Single Malts.
