An exceptional vintage by HSE

Renowned for the quality of its Martinique rums, HSE produces more than 650,000 liters of rum each year on a 400-hectare estate near Saint-Joseph. This 2007 vintage, presented as a cask strength, highlights a meticulous ageing in French oak barrels, bringing finesse and complexity.

A subtle and refined aromatic profile

Its amber colour announces a beautiful intensity. The nose, delicate and evolving, reveals aromas of candied fruit, sandalwood and quince jam. On the palate, these flavours are prolonged and enriched with pastry notes and roasted pineapple, offering a balanced and gourmet tasting. The long and delicate finish concludes this aromatic journey with an elegant persistence.

Habitation Saint Etienne

Saint-Étienne was built on the foundations of "La Maugée", a sugar factory whose land extended in the early nineteenth century over more than 400 hectares, from Gros-Morne to Saint-Joseph in Martinique
