An AOC Martinique rum

Produced by the Trois Rivières Plantations and distilled at the La Mauny distillery, this agricultural white rum complies with the requirements of the Martinique Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée. This know-how guarantees an authentic spirit, rich in character and typicity.

A powerful flavour profile

This rum develops a nose divided between ripe and sweet cane, vegetal notes and a touch of iodine. With aeration, sweet and sour and resinous accents appear, bringing a beautiful complexity.

An intense and balanced palate

On the palate, the lively and iodized attack is matched by powerful vegetal notes, before giving way to the sweetness of sweet cane and a subtle peppery touch. The finish, soft and slightly oily, prolongs the vegetal aromas with elegance.

La Plantation Trois Rivières is more than 350 years of history! In 1660, Nicolas Fouquet, Louis XIV's Superintendent of Finance, won the largest concession ever granted to the West Indies: 2000 hectares located in the south of the island.
