It was in January 2020 for the third consecutive year that the sailing schooner Tres Hombres made a stopover in Martinique. This year, Les Frères de la Cote selected white rum from the 2017 harvest after having spent 26 months in the aging cellar of the La Favorite distillery, this selection was sung in 5 barrels of ex Armagnac Jean Cavé.

The transatlantic will offer rum an extraordinary organoleptic evolution thanks to a dynamic aging of 6 months at sea.
First notes of citrus (lime, bitter orange) then brown and finally blond cigar box, the last almond drop, and almond aroma at the end of glass. Hand bottling took place at the beginning of November 2020 by les frères de la côte in the cellar of Saint Etienne in the Loire.
