For the second time, the La Favorite distillery is releasing its brut de colonne. Coming from the 2020 harvest, particularly rich in brix (sucrose content in cane juice), this brut de colonne is a blend of the two distillates produced in equal parts from each column to be distilled.

The illustration is by Lucas Vallerie, the bottles are bottled by hand, and sealed with wax.

Sealed with wax in a handcrafted esprit , the bottle can arrive with slightly chipped wax. An aesthetic detail, with no impact on the integrity or quality of the rum.
