From the 2015 harvest, this old agricultural rum has spent 3 years ex-American oak Bourbon barrels and then 2 years in 12 new barrels:
6 American oak barrels, with a strong and short toast,
3 French oak barrels, medium and short toasting,
3 French oak barrels, gently and long toasted.

These 3 different toasts are assembled for a result that is as unique as it is unprecedented.
