Emperor Celebration Les Saintes Claires is a true masterpiece of rum art. This limited edition harmoniously combines a 10-year-old Mauritian rum and a 22-year-old Jamaican rum, aged in French and American oak barrels. After this first maturation, the rum is matured for a further 6 months in the unique barrels of the Albert Mann estate, located in the heart of Sigolsheim.

The Albert Mann estate, located on the heights of the former convent of the Poor Clares, offers an exceptional terroir. The barrels used for this rum come from the Les Saintes Claires, between the Furstentum and Mambourg Grands Crus, on limestone soil. This historic and prestigious setting brings an additional touch of elegance to this exceptional rum.

Emperor Celebration Les Saintes Claires stands out for its rich and complex aromas. The finish reveals notes of exotic fruit and Mara strawberries, a direct influence of the Pinot Noir grapes used in the barrels. These exquisite flavours do not mask the intrinsic qualities of long-maturing rums, but enrich them with a new dimension. This brand new rum brand was born from the imagination of two enthusiasts, Christophe Aulner, recently installed in Mauritius, and Bruno Le Merle, a local entrepreneur. Their idea? Offer rums assembled with eaux-de vie distilled from pure cane juice and molasses. And there is a certain logic to this project seeing the light of day in Mauritius. The island was first under French (1714-1810) and then English (1810-1968) before gaining independence (1968).
