Located in the north of Mauritius, the Labourdonnaishouse, formerly known as the Rhumerie des Mascareignes, has established itself as one of the references for Mauritian agricultural rum. Committed to the promotion of local sugar cane, it produces spirits that highlight the character and richness of their island terroir.

A cuvée with a strong character

Lady Blue stands out as much for its visual identity as for its aromatic profile. This spiced agricultural rum is aged between 6 months and 1 year in old Jim Beam Bourbon barrels. It is then enriched by a maceration combining spices, vanilla and wood chips, bringing depth and complexity to the whole.

Formerly Rhumerie de Mascareignes, Le domaine de Labourdonnais was founded in 1771 and houses a castle, now converted into a museum. Located in Mapou this distillery uses fresh cane juice for the creation of these rums.
