A unique blend

Produced in Aubrac by the Twelve distillery, this bottling combines the exuberant character of Jamaican rums with the finesse of Reunionese distillates. Without reduction, it preserves all the intensity and authenticity of its origins.

A rich and balanced aromatic profile

On the nose, very ripe exotic fruits and Jamaican fermentation notes dominate, balanced by a rounder and caramelized base brought by American oak. Aeration reveals pastry aromas of almonds, kirsch and candied cherries, evolving towards mineral nuances.

A long and greedy finish

On the palate, greed quickly takes over: frangipane, butterscotch and brioche intertwine with notes of tobacco, vanilla and dried banana. The finish, persistent and pastry, is punctuated by touches of resin and copper.
