An exceptional rum: Ampov - White Rum 55°

The young Ampov distillery, located near Phnom Penh, offers the very first pure Cambodian cane juice rum. The sugar cane is harvested locally, pressed and fermented on site for 4 to 5 days. Distillation takes place in a copper pot still, offering a high quality eau-de-vie.

A unique artisanal distillation

After an initial distillation at 72° of alcohol, Ampov - Rhum Blanc 55° undergoes a slow reduction to 55°, allowing a perfect balance of flavours to be obtained. This meticulous process reflects the distillery's commitment to producing exceptional rum.
