The Treasure of Saint Lucia

The Chairman's Reserve is produced by St. Lucia Distillers, the only distillery on this island in the Lesser Antilles. It is a blend of rums distilled in pot still (Vendôme and John Dore) and in Coffey columns, aged in bourbon barrels for 5 to 10 years. This diversity of stills gives the Chairman's Reserve a complexity that is often underestimated in the rum world.

Island complexity

The nose is rich and fruity : ripe banana, coconut, vanilla, caramel and a touch of orange. The palate is round and generous, with flavours of tropical fruit, toffee, spices and milk chocolate. The finish is warm and persistent. A rum often cited as one of the best value for money on the market, perfect for tasting neat or in cocktails.

Nose : Au nez, dominante de fruits frais (ananas, mangue), avec de la vanille, du miel et un peu de boisé.

Palate : En bouche, c’est l’élégance qui étonne d’abord, tant l’attaque est harmonieuseet d’une belle finesse.
