Unlike traditional white rums , this blend has been aged for 3 years before being filtered to regain its clarity. This unique process gives it a beautiful complexity, combining freshness and aromatic depth.
Tasting notes
Its crystalline colour announces a floral nose, sublimated by citrus notes. On the palate, vanilla and caramel mingle with nutmeg, offering a soft and balanced texture. The finish, delicately spicy, lingers on a slight hint of pepper.
