Careful ageing
Produced with precision, this 5-year-old rum is aged in oak barrels which gives it a beautiful aromatic complexity. Its greedy and fruity profile distinguishes it with a round texture and great sweetness in the mouth.
Tasting notes
Its light amber colour precedes a nose dominated by honeyed and caramelised notes. On the palate, these aromas linger, sublimated by fruity touches. The finish, exotic and smooth, reveals delicate nuances of coconut, offering a beautiful length in the mouth.
The Real McCoy Rum
Inspired by legendary rum-runner Bill McCoy, The Real McCoy is a Barbados-aged rum, free of additives and sweeteners. Column-distilled and aged in bourbon casks, it unveils rich aromas of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, and spices.
