Exceptional ageing
Distilled with care, this aged rum for 12 years in Limousin oak barrels. This maturation gives it a beautiful complexity and an aromatic richness balanced between wood, spices and fruit.
Tasting notes
Its dark amber colour announces a nose dominated by woody and buttery aromas. On the palate, notes of orange zest, tobacco and pepper intertwine harmoniously with fruity and spicy touches. The finish, long and elegant, prolongs the experience with finesse.
The Real McCoy Rum
Inspired by legendary rum-runner Bill McCoy, The Real McCoy is a Barbados-aged rum, free of additives and sweeteners. Column-distilled and aged in bourbon casks, it unveils rich aromas of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, and spices.
